This antique heart shaped pendant is pav set with a natural pearl and delicately accented with tiny turquoise points. The reverse features a locket compartment that still retains its original plaited hair. The hair insert may be removed if desired. Measurements: 2. 2cm x 1. 5cm. with the pendant loop adding a further 6mm to the height.
